Shakes

Ever feel like there just isn't enough time to sit down and eat something in the morning? Is there a time when your hungry but don't have time to eat?

The answer is simple: Make a meal replacement shake. It's healthy, convenient, and tastes great.

Here's a way you can make your own shake at home.

If you don't want to use the whey protein you can use egg whites. I would recommend using the egg whites because it digests faster and you wont be packing on the extra weight.

For the guys if you want to use a bit of coffee to help get you up in running in the morning I suggest using chilled coffee from the day before. I normally put about a third of a cup of coffee. If you want to use instant coffee I would recommend using Forggers and about 2tsps that way you wont feel the crash later.

This is for both men and women. If you want something to get you up in the morning and you don't want to use coffee; you could throw a whole banana into the mix. Also for the antioxidant I would suggest using blueberries or strawberries; preferably frozen that way you don't need to add ice. The whole process shouldn't take no more than 5-6 minutes.
