Here are some of the differences:
Which is healthier?
Both require to cook on an open fire
Both require a set amount of time.
Both can use a various amount of seasonings
One requires actual fire wood while the other needs liquid smoke flavor.
Grilling requires high heat while on the flip side barbecuing is a slow low heat process.
I personally like to barbecue just because I like to use smoke flavor and the fat just melts right of the meat.
But then again that's just me.
I prefer bbq also. It reminds me more of family time. And of course it tastes better.
ReplyDeleteme too it adds more flavor too. and in my opinion it brings the family closer together.
DeleteSo which one is healthier?
ReplyDeletebbq to me is heathier. cause all of the fat n oil drips into a pan on the bottom away from the food.
DeleteI love barbecuing!!! Its my favorite kind of cooking...
